I grew up in Orlando, FL — single-parent household, low income, and very few men around who could show me what was possible. I nearly two decades in Corporate America building my craft, leading teams, and learning the game of business from the inside out. Then I built my own.
GTR Consulting exists because I know what it feels like to figure things out alone — and I refuse to let that be someone else's story. My work is rooted in three pillars: Radical Accountability, Self Mastery, and Leadership Development.
